Terms of service

KFC (Kollective Feedback Center) is a web app for async team decision-making. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in safe and for everything done under your account. One human per account. You must be 16 or older.

You may not use KFC to:

• Harass, dox, or threaten anyone.
• Submit content that is illegal under Moroccan or EU law.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to penetrate our systems.
• Use automated tools to mass-create rooms or contributions.
• Resell or sublicense KFC without written permission.

You own what you write. You grant KFC a non-exclusive license to store, display, and process your contributions so we can show them to invited room members and generate AI synthesis. We do not train models on your content.

Synthesis is generated by a large language model (Anthropic Claude). It can be wrong. Treat it as a draft. Decisions are yours.

KFC is provided as-is, without warranty. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend, or shut down features with reasonable notice.

You can close your account anytime by reaching out. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KFC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for direct damages is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (which, on the free plan, is zero).

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes go to the courts of Casablanca.
